1. Controller of personal data

The controller of your personal data is Pawment toys s.r.o., Company ID (IČO): 24905984, with its registered office at Příčná 1892/4, 110 00 Praha - Nové Město, e-mail: info@pawment.cz (hereinafter the „controller"). Processing takes place in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Act No. 110/2019 Coll., on the processing of personal data.

2. What data we process

• Identification and contact data: first name, surname, e-mail, telephone, delivery and billing address.
• Order data: ordered goods, price, method of transport and payment, order history.
• Account access data: e-mail and password (stored in encrypted form), if you register.
• Technical data: cookies and similar technologies — see the Cookie Policy.

3. Purposes and legal bases of processing

• Processing the order and performance of the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) — without this data the order cannot be processed.
• Compliance with legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR) — in particular bookkeeping and issuing tax documents.
• Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) — protection against misuse, improvement of services.
• Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) — marketing communications and optional cookies; consent may be withdrawn at any time.

4. Recipients and processors

We pass on your data only to the extent necessary to the following processors:

• Carriers (Zásilkovna / Packeta and others) — for the purpose of delivering the goods.
• Payment gateway provider (Stripe) — for the purpose of processing online payments. You enter payment card details directly with the provider; the e-shop does not store them.
• E-mail service provider (Seznam.cz / Email Profi) — for the purpose of sending confirmations and invoices.
• Hosting provider — operation and security of the website.
• Accountant / tax advisor — bookkeeping.

5. Retention period

We process personal data for the duration of the contractual relationship and further for the period required by legal regulations (in particular tax and accounting documents for a period of 10 years). Data processed on the basis of consent is processed until consent is withdrawn.

6. Your rights

In connection with the processing, you have in particular the right:

• to access your personal data and to a copy thereof,
• to rectification of inaccurate data or completion of incomplete data,
• to erasure („right to be forgotten"), unless the data is needed for compliance with a legal obligation,
• to restriction of processing and to data portability,
• to object to processing based on legitimate interest,
• to withdraw a granted consent at any time,
• to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection (www.uoou.cz).
