Shipping options

We work with trusted carriers. Shipping prices are shown in the cart based on the method you choose:

Zásilkovna (pickup points) — 79 Kč
Courier to your address (DPD / PPL) — 119 Kč
Free shipping on orders over 1,500 Kč

Current prices and available shipping methods are always shown in the cart and before you complete your order.

Delivery time

We usually ship within 3 business days of receiving your order (for prepaid orders, once the amount is credited).
Transport itself then usually takes 1–2 business days.

We will let you know by email once your parcel has shipped, including a tracking number.

Payment options

Card payment online (Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay / Google Pay) via a secure payment gateway.
Cash on delivery — you pay the amount when you collect your parcel.

Custom-made goods and goods adjusted to your wishes are paid for in advance; we start production only once the payment is credited. We issue a tax document (invoice) for every order and send it by email.

Packaging

For packaging we use recyclable materials and avoid unnecessary plastics — kind to cats and to the planet. 🐾
