How long does delivery take?
We usually ship within 3 business days of receiving your order, and transport itself then takes 1–2 days. More on the Shipping and payment page.
What are the shipping and payment options?
We deliver via Zásilkovna (pickup points) and by courier to your address. You can pay by card online or cash on delivery. Shipping is free over 1,500 Kč.
Can I return goods?
Yes, as a consumer you have 14 days to withdraw from the contract. You can find the procedure and form on the Withdrawal from contract page. Personalized (engraved) goods cannot be returned.
Why can't I choose Z-BOX?
Our products are too large to fit in a Z-BOX locker, so we offer only physical pickup points and delivery to your address. That way your parcel always arrives safely.
What are the scratchers made of?
From premium corrugated cardboard (FSC board) — 100% Czech-made. They are sturdy, recyclable and cats love them.
How do I care for a scratcher?
Just vacuum up the loose bits of cardboard now and then. Keep it away from moisture. Once one side wears out, many models can be flipped over and used further.
I'm buying for a business — will I get an invoice with a company ID/VAT ID?
Yes. At checkout, tick "Buying for a business" and fill in your company ID (the details are pre-filled from ARES). The invoice will then be issued to the business.
