Withdrawal from the Contract

Right to withdraw from the contract

If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without giving any reason within a period of 14 days. The period runs from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), take over the goods. For the purposes of exercising the right of withdrawal, you must inform the seller of your withdrawal:

by means of a unilateral legal act (for example, a letter sent through a postal service provider or by e-mail). You may use the attached model form, but this is not your obligation. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send the withdrawal before the relevant period expires.

When withdrawal is not possible

In accordance with Section 1837 of the Civil Code, it is not possible to withdraw, in particular, from a contract for the supply of goods that have been modified according to the consumer's wishes or for their person — that is, personalized products (e.g. with an engraved name) cannot be returned.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, we will refund to you, without undue delay and no later than within 14 days of the day on which we received your notice of withdrawal, all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising as a result of the method of delivery chosen by you that is other than the cheapest method of standard delivery offered by us). We will refund the payment only after receiving the returned goods or after you prove that you have sent the goods back, whichever occurs first.

Without undue delay, no later than within 14 days of the day of withdrawal, send the goods back (not as cash on delivery) or hand them over at the return address:

You can return the goods free of charge via the Zásilkovna network — after contacting reklamace@pawment.cz you will receive a return code. You bear the cost of returning the goods by any other method. Send the goods in their original, unsoiled condition; you are liable only for any diminution in the value of the goods resulting from handling them in a manner other than what is necessary to acquaint yourself with their nature and properties.
